Every card shows a live preview with your own details before you pay. The file you receive is made from the same details and looks the same as the preview.
If you spot a mistake in your names, date, time or address, ask within 7 days of your order and we make one corrected version free of charge. A fix changes the text you typed; it does not change the design.
If your files don't arrive, don't open, or don't match the preview you approved, contact us and we will send working files or refund you.
Cards are personalised digital files, made for you and delivered right away, so we can't take them back once they have been delivered. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

The details you type for your card (names, date, time, address, RSVP line) and the email address you give at checkout. Payment details are handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, and Stripe for payments in India); we never see your card number.
Only to make your card, send it to you, and help if you ask for a fix. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.
Your card files and download links stay available for 90 days, then they are deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
What you type in the live preview stays in your browser until you go to checkout.
